200g chocolate cookies
100g melted butter
500g cream cheese
150g sugar
200g peanut butter
3 eggs
100g dark chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, eggs, melted dark chocolate, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
