1 lb ground beef
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon gochujang
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Sesame seeds for garnish
Kimchi for serving
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir for about 30 seconds.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, and gochujang.
Pour the sauce over the beef and add the chopped scallion whites and shredded carrots.
