1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black salt (kala namak)

Instructions
- Drain and crumble the firm tofu into a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, black salt, and any optional vegetables, cooking for another 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm.
