  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of coconut oil

  • Instructions

  • Wash the apples thoroughly, core and slice them into matchstick-sized fries.
