Cook the Filling: In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Use a wooden spoon to break it apart as it cooks. Once it's no longer pink, drain the excess grease, then stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water (about 1/4 cup). Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until everything is well combined.
Prepare the Cheese: After your beef is seasoned, remove it from heat and stir in the shredded cheese. Allow it to cool.
Roll the Biscuits: Open the can of refrigerated biscuits. Flatten one biscuit on a lightly floured surface.
Stuff the Bombs: Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheesy taco mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
Air Fry Time: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the basket. Place taco bombs in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
Cook to Perfection: Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve and Enjoy: Let them cool for a minute and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.
