2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of salt, or to taste

1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Rinse your mushrooms under cold water to remove any dirt and pat them dry with a paper towel. If they are large, slice them in half or quarters to create uniform pieces.
In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar if using.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Once golden brown and slightly crispy, remove them from the air fryer. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you prefer crunchier mushrooms, return them to the air fryer for an extra couple of minutes.
