Ingredients
2 cups (204 g) graham cracker crumbs
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter
melted
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
softened
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
2 cups (476 g) heavy cream
¾ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ cup (120 g) apple butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the sugar and mix until well combined.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and apple butter to the cream cheese mixture, and beat until light and fluffy.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
