2 cups (476 g) heavy cream

¾ teaspoon fresh lemon juice

½ cup (120 g) apple butter


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and melted butter until well mixed.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the sugar and mix until well combined.
  • Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and apple butter to the cream cheese mixture, and beat until light and fluffy.
  • Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
