Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.

  2. Shake or whisk vigorously until well blended.
