Crust:

2 large apples, peeled and diced

Crisp Topping:

½ cup rolled oats
 - 
½ cup flour
 - 
⅓ cup brown sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

4 tbsp butter, melted
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a springform pan with parchment or lightly grease it.

Make crust: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Prepare cheesecake: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
