1/2 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of cold butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth, then add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture. A few flour streaks are okay.
Stir in the chopped apples until well incorporated.
In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Pour half of the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the batter.
Top with the remaining bread batter, smoothing it carefully.
For the crisp topping, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the batter.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
