3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 (16 oz) package potato gnocchi

1 ½ cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded Asiago cheese

2 cups baby spinach

Optional: chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

Sauté garlic: In the same skillet, add garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add gnocchi and broth: Stir in gnocchi and chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes or until gnocchi is tender.
