  • 300 grams of large raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 4 cups of mixed salad greens
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat dry.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  • In a bowl, toss salad greens, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion together.
