Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or mix of beef & pork)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried marjoram (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions
1️⃣ Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes, then mix with all ingredients in a bowl.
2️⃣ Shape into 4-6 round patties, slightly flattened.
3️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
4️⃣ Fry Frikadellen for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
5️⃣ Rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
