  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish

  • Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Divide the rested dough into small portions and roll each piece out on a floured surface until they’re about 1/8-inch thick.
  • Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Arrange dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
