  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, and thyme.

  • Place chicken in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Pour the lemon butter mixture over the chicken.

  • Top with lemon slices.

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
