- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Foil Packets: Place salmon fillets on separate foil sheets. Arrange asparagus around them.
- Make Sauce: Mix olive oil (or butter), garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Drizzle over salmon and asparagus.
- Seal & Bake: Wrap foil packets tightly and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is flaky.
- Serve: Open foil, garnish with parsley and lemon slices, and enjoy!
