  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare Foil Packets: Place salmon fillets on separate foil sheets. Arrange asparagus around them.
  • Make Sauce: Mix olive oil (or butter), garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Drizzle over salmon and asparagus.
  • Seal & Bake: Wrap foil packets tightly and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is flaky.
