These Baked Shrimp and Broccoli Foil Packs are a quick, delicious, and healthy dinner option! Juicy shrimp, tender broccoli, and a flavorful garlic butter sauce come together in an easy-to-clean-up foil packet. Perfect for busy weeknights!
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt & black pepper
- ½ lemon, sliced
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven – Set to 400°F (200°C). Cut out 4 large sheets of foil.
2️⃣ Season the Shrimp & Broccoli – In a bowl, toss shrimp and broccoli with olive oil (or butter), garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Assemble the Foil Packs – Divide the mixture evenly onto the foil sheets. Top with lemon slices and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes (if using).
4️⃣ Seal & Bake – Fold the foil over the shrimp and broccoli, sealing the edges tightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp is pink and broccoli is tender.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy! – Carefully open the foil packs, sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh parsley, and serve hot!
