  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese + extra for topping

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ziti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Sauté the Aromatics: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
