Ingredients

8 oz (225g) flank or sirloin steak

4 cups mixed salad greens

1/4 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Marinate Steak: Rub steak with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Cook Steak: Grill or sear steak in a hot pan for 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare). Let it rest, then slice thinly.

Assemble Salad: In a bowl, layer salad greens, tomatoes, red onion, and Gorgonzola.
