1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
Trim any excess fat from the chicken thighs and cut them into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches.
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken pieces until well-coated and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Take your soaked wooden skewers and thread the marinated chicken pieces onto them, leaving a little space between each piece.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is nicely charred and cooked through.
