1 lb fresh salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 avocado, sliced
Green onions, chopped

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss the salmon cubes into the cornstarch mixture and coat them well.
