Bean and Cheese Hotdog Taquitos are a fun, crispy, and easy-to-make snack packed with flavor. Perfect for parties, quick meals, or game day treats!
Ingredients
6 flour tortillas (fajita size)
6 hot dogs
1 cup refried beans (warmed slightly for easy spreading)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Vegetable oil for brushing or spraying
Optional: salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of refried beans on each tortilla.
3. Place a hot dog in the center and sprinkle cheese on top.
4. Roll each tortilla tightly around the hot dog.
5. Place taquitos seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Brush or spray with oil to help them crisp.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and crispy.
8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For a crispier texture, air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes.
Swap cheddar with pepper jack for extra heat.
Can be frozen before baking for a quick snack later.
