  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté beef with garlic and ginger until browned.
  • Stir-Fry the Veggies: Add onions and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Add Sauce & Simmer: Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
