- 200g beef (sirloin or ground), sliced or crumbled
- 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté beef with garlic and ginger until browned.
- Stir-Fry the Veggies: Add onions and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add Sauce & Simmer: Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve: Spoon beef and pepper mixture over rice, garnish with green onions, and enjoy
