1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion diced
2 bell peppers sliced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers and minced garlic, cooking until the peppers are tender.

- Stir in the uncooked jasmine rice. Cover and reduce heat to low, cooking for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.

Notes
For added flavor, you can substitute jasmine rice with brown rice. Adjust cooking time according to the rice type.
