1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion diced

2 bell peppers sliced

3 cloves garlic minced

1 cup uncooked jasmine rice

2 cups beef broth

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt to taste

Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
