1 medium onion diced
2 bell peppers sliced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned, then season with salt, ground black pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in sliced bell peppers, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until tender.
- Add uncooked jasmine rice to the skillet, and pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
