Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper


Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.

  • Mix seasonings and rub evenly over both sides of the chicken.

  • Place in air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6–8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
