1 cup butter salted or unsalted
very cold
1 21-ounce can strawberry pie filling or any pie filling
1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
1 15-ounce box yellow cake mix or white
4 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Scatter the blueberries on top of the pie filling.
- In a separate bowl, cut the cold butter into the yellow cake mix until crumbly and resembling coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the butter-cake mixture over the fruit filling.
- Dot the top with cubes of cream cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
