  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste

  • In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and coat well in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
