  • 1 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook sausage until browned.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
