- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Prepare the Butter Sauce: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Old Bay, paprika, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Cut & Coat the Crab Legs: Use kitchen shears to split the crab shells open (for easy eating). Place crab legs on the baking sheet and brush generously with the butter sauce.
- Bake: Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, until heated through.
- Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra melted butter and lemon wedges!

- If using frozen crab legs, thaw them in the fridge overnight for best results.
