8 ounces of buckwheat noodles
1 cucumber, julienned
1 medium carrot, julienned
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 boiled egg, halved (optional)
2 tablespoons gochujang
1 tablespoon gochugaru
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Cook the noodles according to package instructions in boiling water for 4-6 minutes.
