  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 cups of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of Big Mac dressing

  • Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once it's hot, add the ground beef. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Make sure to break up the beef as it cooks for an even texture.
  • While the beef is cooking, mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, a splash of apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon of paprika, and some finely chopped pickles to create the Big Mac dressing.
  • In a large bowl, start with your chopped romaine. Layer on the cherry tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and red onion.
  • Once your ground beef is cooked and slightly cooled, add it on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle on the Big Mac dressing and toss gently to combine or leave it layered for a more eye-catching presentation.
