Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread (plus extra for swirling)

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven: to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

  • Melt & mix: In a saucepan, melt butter and Biscoff spread. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Let cool slightly, then whisk in eggs.

  • Add dry ingredients: Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.

  • Bake: Pour batter into pan. Swirl extra Biscoff spread on top and sprinkle crushed cookies. Bake for 25–28 minutes.

  • Cool & slice: Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For gooey brownies, bake closer to 25 minutes.
