1 lb breakfast sausage (pork, turkey, or plant-based)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Fresh herbs like parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
