Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup fresh blackberries

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

1 tsp honey (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.

Spread ricotta evenly over the dough.

Scatter blackberries and mozzarella on top.

Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.

Sprinkle fresh basil and drizzle honey before serving.
