Ingredients
1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced or pounded)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tbsp butter
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
2. Drizzle olive oil on the griddle surface.
3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
4. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Push chicken to one side and melt butter on the griddle.
6. Add minced garlic to the butter and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
7. Pour garlic butter over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
8. Allow cheese to melt slightly, then remove from heat.
