2 cups of fresh blueberries
2 cups of rhubarb, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the blueberries and chopped rhubarb. Sprinkle in the granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix gently until the fruit is evenly coated. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the melted butter over the dry mixture and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
Transfer the fruit mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly and sprinkle the oat topping over the fruit.
