  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  • Toss the cabbage halves in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard over medium heat until warm. Stir in 3/4 cup of cheese until melted.
