Ingredients
1 pound pizza dough
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
3/4 cup buffalo sauce
plus more for serving
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
optional
Chopped parsley to garnish
1 Tablespoon cornmeal
Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lightly spraying it with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkling cornmeal on the surface.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired shape and thickness, then transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated, then evenly distribute the mixture over the ranch dressing.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the chicken, followed by blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and additional buffalo sauce if desired before slicing and serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference. For extra flavor, add some sliced jalapeños on top before baking.
