2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
If you’re using rotisserie chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces. Toss it with the buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl until well-coated. Add salt and pepper to taste, then mix in the cream cheese until everything is combined.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
On a clean surface, lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle a generous handful of cheddar cheese on one half. Top with a good scoop of the buffalo chicken mixture, a bit more cheese, and a sprinkle of chopped green onions. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
