1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

6 cups Romaine – chopped

1 cup celery – chopped

1 carrot grated

1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbles

Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with olive oil, Frank’s RedHot Sauce, garlic powder, butter, and salt.
  • Spread the chicken mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • While the chicken is baking, prepare your salad by combining chopped Romaine, celery, grated carrot, and bleu cheese crumbles in a large bowl.
