- 1 box vanilla cake mix (or homemade cake mix)
- 1 cup water
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pink food coloring (for bunny noses)
- For Decoration:
- 12 mini marshmallows (for bunny cheeks)
- 24 mini chocolate chips (for bunny eyes)
- 12 small pink jelly beans (for bunny noses)
- 24 pretzel sticks (for bunny ears)
Instructions
1️⃣ Bake the Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- Prepare the cake batter according to package instructions, mixing in water, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.
2️⃣ Make the Frosting:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
- Add a drop or two of pink food coloring and mix until you reach your desired shade for the bunny noses.
3️⃣ Decorate the Cupcakes:
- Frost each cooled cupcake with a generous amount of frosting.
- For the bunny faces, place a pink jelly bean in the center of the cupcake for the nose.
- Place 2 mini marshmallows on either side of the nose for cheeks.
- Use 2 mini chocolate chips for eyes, and arrange the pretzel sticks to form bunny ears.
