Ingredients

1½ cups granulated sugar

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Whisk together sugar, flour, and salt.

Add melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.
