Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil, mixing until well combined.
- Add the buttermilk, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and salt, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually fold in the self-rising flour and chopped pecans until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
