8 ounces pasta of your choice (penne or fusilli works great)
1 block (8 ounces) of feta cheese
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
