300 grams of Cadbury Flake chocolate
300 milliliters of double cream
3 large eggs, separated
75 grams of caster sugar

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter.
Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch tart tin and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
