  • 8 oz lump crab meat

  • Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

  • Gently fold in the crab meat and cherry tomatoes, and let it heat through for about 2 minutes. Then add your drained pasta, and toss everything together.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
