For the Protein:
- ½ lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), sliced
- ½ lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the Pasta:
- Boil water with salt and cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Steak:
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak slices with 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.
- Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and season with the remaining 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.
- Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- Reduce heat to medium, melt butter in the skillet, and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Combine Everything:
- Add cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat.
- Return steak and shrimp to the pan, mixing well to combine.

- Plate the pasta and top with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
