  • ½ lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta:

    • Boil water with salt and cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Steak:

    • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Season the steak slices with 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.
    • Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook the Shrimp:

    • In the same skillet, add shrimp and season with the remaining 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.
    • Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  4. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

    • Reduce heat to medium, melt butter in the skillet, and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
    • Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
    • Add Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  5. Combine Everything:

    • Add cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat.
    • Return steak and shrimp to the pan, mixing well to combine.
  6. Serve and Garnish:

    • Plate the pasta and top with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
