Description

This Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta combines tender steak, juicy shrimp, creamy Alfredo sauce, and bold Cajun spices. It’s a rich, spicy dish perfect for weeknight indulgence or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale

**For the Proteins:**

1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

**For the Pasta & Sauce:**

8 oz fettuccine or linguine

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Season shrimp and steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak slices until browned, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

5. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

6. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.

7. Add pasta, steak, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything to coat evenly.

8. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Use pre-cooked shrimp to save time.

Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra veggies.

Make it lighter by swapping cream for half-and-half.
