  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until they soften, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and stir for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the white beans and shredded chicken. Let them mingle with the veggies for a minute or two.
